Filton College offers four levels of study:

Level 1 (Entry Level) |
Nationally recognised qualifications that allow you to progress to level 2 and/or into employment |
For those with no GCSE qualifications, or for those that have a selections of GCSE's below C Grade |
Level 2 (Intermediate) |
GCSE, NVQ 2, BTEC First Diploma, GNVQ Intermediate |
For those with two GCSE's at Grade D (or equivalent) |
Level 3 (Advanced) |
AS/A2 Level (A Levels), AVCE, BTEC National Diploma, NVQ3, CACHE |
For those students who have:

Completion of a Level 3 programme or equivalent |
Increased Opportunities at Level 3
Employers, universities and higher education colleges are increasingly looking for students who have studied a broad range of subjects and have gained a wide range of skills at the Advanced Level (Level 3).
Students now have the opportunity to study more subjects at Filton College and can study one or two additional subjects. Students who prefer vocational studies - or who want to mix academic and work related courses - will be able to take new vocational A Levels.
